Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup fresh chervil, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. steamed sprouts
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
METHOD:
Gently cook chervil, garlic, salt, black pepper and sesame seeds in a pan for 4 minutes until hot. Add steamed sprouts and toss together. Heat for 2 minutes. Serve hot as an accompaniment to stir-fries, roasts or barbecues.
